At Imprint Merch, we want you to love your custom fashion products, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all eligible items. Please ensure items are unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your merchandise.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location, ensuring the barcode is clearly visible for scanning.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
